Poster Instructions
Posters should be mounted starting from 07:30-08:30 on Friday, March 24, 2023 and will be on display for both days of the congress.
Poster presenters should plan to be beside their posters during the breaks, as specified in the program.
Posters should be removed on Saturday, March 25, 2023, no later than 18:00.
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time!

Photography & Recording Policy
Participants are asked to be respectful of their colleagues by turning off all cell phones and PDA devices before entering meeting rooms. Cameras and all other recording devices are strictly prohibited in all session halls, in the Exhibition Area, and in all poster presentations.
Weather
Lisbon is generally mild and sunny, but rain can be expected throughout the year, the average temperature in March is 10-18°C.
Visas
Prior to booking flights, registrants are strongly advised to confirm with their travel agent and/or Portuguese Consulate/Embassy in your country for exact details and visa application procedures as soon as possible. Visa processing times can vary.
Participants are highly recommended to apply for Tourist Visa; the organizing committee of the event cannot issue any official letters of invitation for your Business visa application due to Portugal regulations.
ComtecMed will not be responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by authorities due to a lack of Visa or other required documentation.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the COPHy 2023. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
