Note: All hotels room are currently sold out at the Epic Sana Hotel. the official congress hotel and venue.

Rate information:

Rates quoted are per room, per night, and inclusive of Buffet breakfast, service, VAT & tourist tax.

Rates are valid only for the nights of March 23-25, 2023 and are subject to change for Pre and Post nights.

We strongly advise all participants to reserve hotel accommodation as soon as possible, in order to benefit from the special rates.

Check-in/Check-out Time:
Hotel check-in time: 14:00.
Hotel Check-out time: 12:00.

Extra costs might apply for early check-in and/or late check-out.

Payment:
Reservations will only be confirmed after credit card payment. Payment can be made through this website using a credit card. American Express and Diners Credit card payments (only) will be charged to your account in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the Euro on the date of payment, all other credit cards will be charged to your account in Euro. After payment, each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel.

Liability:

ComtecMed and its agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.

Insurance:
Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to ‘ComtecMed’.
Cancellations received 4 months prior to arrival – full refund minus € 50 handling fees.
Cancellations received 2 months prior to arrival – 50% refundable deposit.
Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

In the event of a non-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation to its inventory, and payment will be non-refundable.
